SSR for Active Directory is a unique Self Service Password Reset solution that implements a low-cost two factor authentication process. Our Password Reset Cards give the same benefits as security tokens or smart cards at a far lower cost and reduced complexity. Each card, a convenient credit-card size is printed with 3 one-time passwords. During the reset process the user answers security question and is also prompted to enter one of the security codes printed on the card. This system reduces the risk of unauthorised resets made by guessing personal information.

Several companies offer password reset solutions that are based solely on the user entering security information to enrol and then repeating that information when they wish to reset their password.
